On May 9th 2014, the Venango Conservation District welcomed a new staff member.  Devin Lineman is now the district's Watershed Specialist and Environmental Educator.  Devin is fitting in nicely here at the district, and we're looking forward to great things from him.

Devin resides in Cranberry Township, Venango County.  He graduated from Clarion University with a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Biology with a  minor in environmental sustainability.

Devin has had experience sampling small headwater streams for wild populations of brook trout.  He used the data to research headwater fish communities.  Devin also has experience with education in his past work with Clarion University's children's science camps.

Devin enjoys hunting, kayaking and playing golf.

Welcome Devin!
