This educational workshop opened with an introduction from Lance Bowes, VCD Watershed Specialist.

The keynote speaker for this event was former DEP Secretary David Hess.

Attendees representing watershed groups and municipalities throughout Northwestern Pennsylvania gathered at the conference to receive presentations on watershed improvement. Here Margret Dunn of Biomost gives a presentation on Abandoned Mine Drainage.
